Meet Katie Randazzo Erway
Hi, I’m Katie Randazzo Erway.

I’ve been a coach for nearly 14 years, and what I care about most isn’t quick fixes or extreme plans. I care about helping women feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies again, in a way that actually fits real life.
My Background (And Why It Matters)
I’m highly trained. I hold certifications through NASM as a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, E-RYT 200hr, and I’m also a Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.
But what matters more than the letters after my name is how I use that knowledge.
I take a foundational, whole-body approach to fitness that blends:
Functional strength training
Core and pelvic floor education
Breath work and alignment
Habit-building and mindset support
Because real progress doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from doing the right things, in the right order, with the right support.
