Training & Classes

K10 Fitness classes, training & challenges are designed to be accessible to all levels.
With modifications and progressions offered so you can make each workout your own; whether it be to challenge yourself, gain body awareness & mindfulness or simply to de-stress and have fun any K10 Class is right for you!

    Slow Burn Yoga

    At Yen Yoga & Fitness
    Thursdays from 10:00am-11:00am

    Located in our new studio inside the Delamar Traverse City- 615 East Front Street.

    Slow Burn is a slower-paced flow practice that helps build strength, stamina and flexibility by holding standing and core postures. and Improving body awareness.

    Classes will begin with breath work as well as slow warming and deep core activation exercises to fully prepare you for your practice and a relaxing cool down will leave you feeling your very best after each class.

    This yoga class is open to any and all levels with many modifications and variations provided along the way to ensure a safe, enjoyable and effective class experience.

    Be sure to bring a water bottle, sweat towel & your mat.

  • Deep Core Strength

    COMING SOON!

    This is not your typical core class.

    If you’ve been dealing with back, hip, or neck discomfort… leaking with movement… or a core that just doesn’t feel like it’s working—this class helps you reconnect in a way that actually supports your body.

    Blending breath, mobility, and functional strength, you’ll learn how to engage your deep core and pelvic floor, improve alignment, and build strength that carries into your yoga practice and daily life—without the strain of traditional ab workouts.

    TRX + Strength

    At Elev8 Climbing Gym
    Wednesdays from 12pm-12:45pm

    TRX is an effective & efficient, full body workout with TRX as the main training tool. Other equipment such, free weights, resistance bands, mini bands, and medicine balls may be incorporated depending on the program for the day.

    Small group (Max 11 Participants) allows for personal attention and guidance within a group class setting.

    Designed to be accessible to ALL levels this class is a great way to start or add to your fitness routine.

    You’ve learned what your core and pelvic floor are—now it’s time to use them.

    This movement-based workshop bridges the gap between understanding and application, helping you integrate deep core and pelvic floor strength into the way you actually move—in yoga, workouts, and daily life.

    You’ll refine your connection and apply it to squats, lunges, planks, balance, and flow-based movement—so you leave feeling stronger, more supported, and confident you’re doing it right.
