ABOUT KATIE
Your Core & Pelvic Floor Coach
You don’t have to keep
guessing all alone!
Meet Katie
I help busy moms understand their bodies so they can feel strong, supported, and confident again.
For over 16 years, I've helped women eliminate back pain, stop leaking, rebuild their core, improve posture, and create healthy habits that actually fit their real lives.
But the truth is...
I wasn't always teaching this way.
My Story
I became a trainer because I loved movement.
I became a core & pelvic floor coach because I needed answers.
Even after years of working out, teaching fitness, and training others, I found myself struggling with back pain, core weakness, and feeling disconnected from my own body after having kids.
Learning how the core, pelvic floor, breathing, posture, and strength all work together completely changed the way I trained...and is the core (pun fully intended) of how I coach today.
Now I help women understand their bodies so they can stop guessing, stop starting over, and finally build strength, confidence and habits that last.
My Philosophy
Train for the life you want to live.
Whether that's picking up your kids without back pain, feeling confident lifting heavier weights, hiking with your family, or simply sneezing without crossing your legs…
Your workouts should make everyday life easier, not leave you feeling exhausted.
✔ I believe I believe movement should prepare you for real life.
✔ I believe understanding your body creates confidence.
✔ I believe healthy habits should support your life, not control it.
✔ I believe strength is about feeling capable, not chasing perfection.

A Little More About Me…
I'm married to my best friend from high school (we didn't actually start dating until after college!), and together we're raising an artistic, Minecraft-obsessed little dude & a princess who fully believes she's preparing to rule her own kingdom...plus our golden retriever, Thor, who yes, sleeps in bed with us (don't tell my allergist!)
Despite the fact that I don't enjoy being the least bit uncomfy (hangnails are basically my kryptonite 😆), I somehow keep signing myself up for things that push me outside my comfort zone. I love my bi-weekly therapy sessions, I'll try just about any workout (yoga, Pilates, heavy lifting, hiking, biking, conditioning, yard games...just don't ask me to run - not because I’ll pee my pants I just really hate it!🫣). I'm also a big believer that growth happens when we're willing to get a little uncomfortable, so I’m basically a walking contradiction.
I hate coffee (I know...), but I'm always up a cup of tea. ☕️
I love sunshine, sparkles, rainbows, & being near the water. 🌈
I've fully embraced being my goofy, slightly sarcastic, more-than-occasionally f-bomb-dropping self, and I hope you'll feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self too. 🤪
How I Can Help
Whether you're just beginning your wellness journey or
you're ready for more personalized coaching,
there are multiple ways to work with me.
From free education & community resources to step-by-step programs and one-on-one coaching, my goal is always the same:
To help you train for the life you live,
build a body you trust, & habits that last.
If We Work Together Here’s What To Expect…
💯 I won’t expect perfection, or ask you for a total life overhaul overnight
📈 I'll remind you that progress isn't linear...mostly because it's something I need to hear often too.
👎🏼 I'll never tell you to "earn your food."
🎉 Small wins celebrated often.
😮💨 I'll teach you how your body works…and probably remind you to breathe more than you ever thought possible.
💕 I'll encourage you to meet yourself where you are, because taking care of yourself should feel empowering, not overwhelming.
👭 Honest conversations, plenty of laughs, and someone who's in your corner every step of the way.

I don't believe women need more information.
I believe they need someone to help them understand their bodies and trust themselves again…and that’s the type of content I share ✌🏼
