  • What if I have a pelvic floor physical therapist?

    Great!

    First of all...good for you for being proactive! 👏

    Second, way to build your wellness team. No one person should be the end-all, be-all when it comes to your health. The more support you have, the more well-rounded your approach can be.

    I love collaborating with other healthcare professionals and often encourage women to continue working with their pelvic floor physical therapist when it's appropriate.

    Physical therapy and coaching complement each other beautifully.

    Think of physical therapy as helping you address pain, dysfunction, and healing.

    My coaching helps bridge the gap between rehabilitation and real life.

    I'll help you understand how to take those exercises and strategies out of the clinic and confidently apply them to everyday movement and strength training.

    My goal is to help you move well, stay connected to your core and pelvic floor, and feel confident using your body in everyday life and the workouts you enjoy.

  • I'm years postpartum. Is it too late?

    Absolutely not.

    Whether you had your last baby six months ago or sixteen years ago, your body can still learn, adapt, and get stronger. It's never too late to reconnect with your core and pelvic floor.

  • How much time do I need each week?

    Most workouts take between 20–45 minutes, 3–4 days per week.

    You'll also spend a few minutes each week completing your check-in and working on small habits that create lasting change.

  • Do I need to have had kids?

    Not at all. While many of my clients are moms, this program is for any woman looking to improve core strength, pelvic floor function, posture, movement, and confidence. It's also a great fit for women recovering from abdominal surgery or simply wanting to understand their bodies better.

  • What if I have back pain, leaking, or diastasis recti?

    That's exactly why this program exists.

    We'll assess what's contributing to your symptoms and build a plan that addresses the root causes instead of simply working around them.

  • What if I don't have any symptoms?

    You don't have to be in pain to benefit.

    Many women simply want to move better, build strength safely, improve their posture, increase energy, and feel more confident in their bodies. This is something we should all be taught and are often times missing information that can help us reduce the risk of injury, pain & discomfort.

  • Do I need a gym?

    No. Initial Programming is all at home with minimal equipment. (I’ve used pillows, stuffed animals and old leggings in a pinch!)

    As you progress, programs can be built around your home equipment, a gym, or a combination of both.

  • What if I've never lifted weights before?

    Perfect.

    Everything is taught progressively. We'll focus on building a strong foundation first, so you'll always know exactly what to do next.

  • Will I have to follow a strict meal plan?

    No.

    I don't believe in restrictive diets or "earning" your food.

    Instead, I'll teach you realistic nutrition habits that support your goals while fitting into your real life.

  • What if I've tried everything already?

    If you've tried countless workouts, diets, or programs without getting the results you wanted, you're not alone.

    Many women come to me feeling frustrated because they've been working hard but never learned how their core, pelvic floor, breathing, posture, and movement work together. That's often the missing piece, and once we address it, everything else starts making more sense.

  • What if I'm worried I'll fail again?
